High ticket sales coaching

You don't need another framework. You need to trust the one you've got.

The people closing the biggest deals aren't the ones with the slickest script. They're the ones who trust themselves in the room. That's confidence, and that's what we build here.

I sell.

I want to close more of the calls I'm already taking.

Coaching for me

I own the offer.

I want someone else running my sales so I can run the business.

Confidence is the foundation you need to succeed in every other skill.

If you sell

The question no course quite answered

You've done the training. You've got the talent. And you're live now — in real conversations, with real money on the table, asking yourself the thing no module covered:

“What do I actually do to raise my close rate? Without being pushy or salesy?”

You don't need to be louder. You don't need to over explain. You need to challenge without flinching and close without forcing.

You don't need more training. You need a foundation of confidence, and a way to implement the skillset you already have, so it lands in the real conversations you're already having.

If you own the offer

You built the offer. You shouldn't still be the one closing it.

You're good at sales and stuck doing it — wasting your precious time hiring, training, and babysitting a pipeline instead of building the business only you can build.

I take the sales team off your plate. I manage the hiring, the training, the pipeline, so you can get back to the part of the business only you can do.

I still sell. I'm not a manager who used to close. Across the teams I manage we've collected over $25 million in cash this year. You're not training me on your offer. I'm running it.

— Sales team management. I run the function. You get your focus back.

What actually changes

What confidence looks like once it holds — in your calls, or in your team's.

At the close:
You ask for the money as calmly as you ask for their email.
On price:
You hold your number without your voice shaking.
In the pause:
You stop filling silence and let them talk themselves into it.
After the call:
You stop replaying the ones that got away, because you closed them.

A coach who's been in the rooms

I got my start in agricultural lending, where I spent 4 years advising cattle producers and farmers across Central Oregon how best to financially invest in their operations, then 10 years in key account management for a cowboy boot brand before moving into the high ticket space three years ago. I've coached inside top-tier sales academies and closed for multi-million dollar sales teams. This year alone I've collected over $4 million in cash for my clients as a closer — and across the teams I manage, over $25 million.

I don't teach people to sell more. I teach them to sell with confidence.

Testimonials

“Ashley spent two years as my sales manager, and in that time she built our sales team, our SOPs, and our client acquisition process from the ground up. She brings structure and coaching skill in equal measure. I'd recommend her to any business owner who wants their sales function built right.”
