About
I've been in the rooms. That's the whole reason I can help you in yours.

But there was a stretch where none of that came easy. The excitement wore off and I started dreading my own sales calls. Objections made my palms sweat. I was so worried about people-pleasing that I stopped pushing back. I'd let a prospect talk themselves out of the very thing that could change their life, just to avoid the discomfort of the ask. I was technically good. I knew the script. And I still wasn't closing.
What turned it wasn't a better framework. It was a mentor who showed me what I was actually doing by staying quiet. Every objection I didn't handle, every time I backed off instead of pushing, I was doing my prospect a disservice. I was standing between them and the decision that could change their life. Once I reframed how I approached that — objections, pushback, the ask itself — the dread finally disappeared. I stopped feeling like an imposter or an inconvenience and started showing up with the authority and expertise to actually help people solve their problems.
How I got here
I got my start in agricultural lending, where I spent 4 years as a trusted advisor to cattle producers and farmers in the Central Oregon region. I spent 10 years in key account management for a cowboy boot brand before moving into the high ticket space three years ago. Along the way I coached inside top tier sales academies and closed for multi-million dollar sales teams — this year alone, I've collected over $4 million in cash for my clients as a closer, and between the teams that I manage we have collected over $25 million dollars in cash so far this year.
Confidence isn't a personality trait some closers are born with. It's the one thing standing between where you are and becoming a top closer, and it's trainable.

That's the gap I see across the coaching industry: everyone teaches the script, almost no one teaches the mindset that lets you use it. I still sell and manage sales teams alongside coaching, so I'm not teaching theory, I'm implementing what I coach every day in my own sales career.
What I believe about selling
- 01Confidence is the foundation you need to succeed in every other skill.
- 02The close isn't a move you make. It's the ask you stop avoiding.
- 03Challenging someone is an act of respect. Flinching isn't kindness.
- 04You already have what this takes. Most people need reps, not another module.
- 05You don't have to become someone else to be good at this.
Off the phone
Wife, mama and passionate sales woman. If I'm not riding my horse, I'm probably on the golf course. I love a good evening on the patio with my husband cooking, and I'll never say no to an espresso martini.
